Random thoughts 12.14.2017

So usually I'm not so expressive or sappy.. I tend to just remind Peter of our anniversary dates then go on. I might think about or even half write a post and then delete it. Just not very good at expressioning my feelings without a million run-on sentences. 😂 Being somewhat of a perfectionist with the knowledge of how to write correctly mixed with my emotions makes for a giant "Nope!" But I'm going to attempt to forget everything and just go for it 🙈
Peter ask me to marry him 5 years ago and it's been a crazy, strange and different life than either of us imagined!
1, 2, 3 and then 4 kids later here we are... Yes, Baby Metzger #4 is due this summer! (We do know how it happens for those who are wondering... ) We are super excited and maybe still a little scared!! haha
Six months ago we moved. Our house sold in 3 very short days with no where to go, so we moved in with my in-laws! 😮 Although, they are the best in-laws you can get its not been easy cramping 2 families in a single family home.
Last week, we closed on a beautiful home! It's perfect for us! Nothing major hast to be done yet there is enough projects to keep us busy. The space is so amazing 😍 We should be completely moved before the New Year!
I'm so grateful for God. Right in this moment we have a ton to be thankful for! All the good and big things seem to be happening. I want you to know that we have had our struggles too, YET, He is still good! Through it all!! He is always with us! The good, bad and even the ugly! We don't have it all together yet the Lord has blessed us.
During this Christmas season, remember through all the business, (like you have been told a million times 😉) WHY we celebrate and don't forget to put unimportant things aside and worship the One who gave and is the Greatest Gift! Also, enjoy every family member not just your favorites. 🙊
On another note, I have gained a Sis-in-law, Bro-in-law and a niece and nephew! We are super excited to have them all in the family! Perfect additions. The kids love them! This year is overflowing with God's perfect goodness!
Have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!  ~ Hannah & the Metzgers
